Personnel:

Stephen Gold and Vanessa Correa are both osteopaths; Stephen's wife, Liz is the practice manager and Ann McCormack is the clinic's receptionist. Rosemary FitzGerald, a specialist in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture practices at the clinic 2 days a week. A Reflexologist, therapeutic/sport's masseur and Boweb therapist also visit the Clinic every week.

Stephen Gold graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1979 after 4 years full time training. In 1980 he opended his first practice in Saffron Walden and started working part-time in Newmarket in 1984.
Vanessa Correa graduated in 2001 and joined the practice shortly after.


Both Stephen and Vanessa are registered with the General Osteopathic Council. This is the only professional register and it demands high standards of proficiency, binding osteopaths to a strict code of conduct and insisting they carry professional indemnity insurance.


As part of the practices continuing professional development both Stephen and Vanessa regularly attend lectures and courses. These include Cranial Osteopathy, Low level Laser & Ultrasound therapy, pain management and acupunture techniques, treatment of Sport's injuries and various technical updates.
