Patient surveys

The General Osteopathic Council has in the past conducted various national surveys. One reported that 30,000 people consulted osteopaths every working day. Of these, 80% who had treatment were satisfied or very satisfied.

The Newmarket Osteopathic Clinic recently completed a Practice Audit.
We used a well known audit tool the "Physical therapy out-patient satisfaction survey".

Of the respondents:

90% of our patients agreed or strongly agreed that "The actual physical treatment I received was very helpful".
94% of our patients agreed or strongly agreed that "Overall,I am completely satisfied with the services I received from my therapist".
